establishing and maintaining high levels of technical competence. Smartec offers
technical training that will be conducted either from training centres or at
customer locations and is available in the form of standard or bespoke operator
manuals, depending on individual requirements.
Technical support is offered on all Smartec systems through a variety of
delivery mechanisms including telephone, e-mail and other channels and provides
resolution of problems and best practice advice and knowledge.

Smartec technical experts provide a high level of systems knowledge, enabling customers to draw on the extensive information pool without developing this resource in-house.
Technical training
Technical instruction is provided on service methodologies and practices for Smartec and third party manufactured systems, which enables customers to carry out small maintenance services on their own.
Train-the-trainer
Train-the-trainer training extends skills and techniques on cash and transaction processing systems to technical or operator level which can then be infiltrated down to other departments within the customer organisation.
