About Kyalami Terrace Home Owners Association
Kyalami Terrace is a complex situated in an upmarket and quiet environment, with 24 hour controlled access and enclosed by a security wall equipped with an electric fence. The complex is a modern development with appealing landscapes and infrastructure.
The complex position allows for easy access to a wide-range of services and facilities, some of these include The Mall of Africa, Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, Netcare Waterfall Hospital and Reddam House School, all in close proximity to the complex. Major roads such as the R55, N1 and Allandale road are easily accessible from Kyalami Terrace Complex.
The development of complex began in 2008 and now has 155 units with over 400 people living in the estate.
The Kyalami Terrace Home Owners Association (KTHOA) was formed in 2011 and has seen a number of owners ,as KTHOA Directors, contributing to the upkeep and improvements in and around the estate. The KTHOA currently consists of 7 Directors each with their own portfolio that they are in-charge of.
Annually an AGM is held and owners have the opportunity to nominate individuals to be part of the board.
